Spinach Omelette

  • ·        6 eggs
  • ·        350 g frozen spinach
  • ·        30 g grated cheese
  • ·        2 cloves of garlic
  • ·        1 tablespoon oil
  • ·        salt, pepper


Mince the garlic cloves and cook them in a pan with the oil. Add the spinach and simmer 10 to 12 minutes over low heat, according to the time indicated on the freezer bag.

Meanwhile, break the eggs and whisk them in a bowl with the grated cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Pour this preparation directly on the spinach, mix the preparation until the eggs are cooked to your taste. Serve your spinach and cheese omelette immediately.


You can accompany this dish with parsleyed steamed potatoes to make you feel full while taking care of your figure. The grated cheese can be grated gruyère or even parmesan cheese for a more accentuated taste. Depending on the season, you can also add fresh tomatoes. Finally, you can separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the whites until stiff. Then pour the mousse delicately into the seasoned egg yolks. This will give you a softer, more airy omelette.
