Mince-Stuffed Pizza



Method:

Heat oil in a pot; fry onions and ginger/garlic golden; add mince; fry.
Add crushed and powdered red chilies, hot spices, turmeric, coriander, cumin, and salt; cook till mince becomes tender.
Add fresh coriander and green chilies; allow to cool.
Mix flour with all dough ingredients; knead and cover dough; keep aside for 1/2 hour.
Make medium balls from dough; roll out into rounds.
Place with little mince in the Centre; re-shape into ball; spread out with hand and roll out.
Repeat the process to make more stuffed pizzas.
Place pizza on a baking tray; bake in a pre-heated oven 210° C for 10 minutes and remove.
Brush butter on them and cheese on it and bake for 1 minute and serve.
