Double-Decker Sandwich

Method:

Mix red chilies in mayonnaise; spread on each slice.
Place lettuce, tomatoes, and 2 cheese slices each on 3 slices of bread; repeat process twice.
Place another slice of bread on top of each stack; press firmly.
Remove crusts; cut into triangles.
Serve with poppadum, fresh coriander, carrots, cucumber, and tomatoes.
