Party Rolls


Eggs 3
Semolina 3 tbsp
Custard Powder 3 tbsp
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tbsp
Sugar candies For Garnishing
Chocolate (Grated) For Garnishing

Stuffing Ingredients:

Fresh Cream As required
Sugar Candies As required
Chocolate (Grated) As required
Sugar  As required

Custard Ingredients:

Fresh Milk 600 ml
Custard Powder(dissolved in water) 6 tbsp
Sugar  60 grams


Whisk eggs in a bowl till frothy.
Add semolina, custard powder and essence; whisk.
Pour in a buttered mold; bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes
When cooled; remove.
Place stuffing ingredients on one end of it; roll and place on a dish.
To make a custard, boil milk in a pot; add sugar.
While stirring continuously, gradually add custard paste till thick; pour over a roll.
Sprinkle sugar candies and chocolate on top; serve chilled.
