Lebanese Spicy Beef


Undercut (small pieces) 1/2 kg
Potatoes (Cubed) 2
Onions (Chopped) 2
Tomatoes (Ground) 2 cups
Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Black Peppercorns (Crushed) 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 3 tbsp
Lemon Zest 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander (Chopped) 1/2 cup
Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tbsp
Fresh coriander (Chopped) For Garnishing


Heat oil in a pot; fry onions golden.
Add garlic, beef, red chilies, black pepper, and salt; fry for few minutes.
Add tomatoes and potatoes; cook till beef becomes tender and gravy dry.
Add lemon juice and lemon zest and dish out.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
