Dill Chicken


Chicken breasts (Boneless) 1
Chicken Stock 1/2 cup
Fresh Cream 1/2 cup
Refined Flour 1 tbsp
Dill (Chopped) 1 tbsp
salt 1/2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
olive Oil 1 tbsp


Cut chicken breast into halves; apply salt on them.
Heat butter and olive oil in a pot; add the chicken; fry till color changes.
Lower flame and add stock; cook till chicken till tender and gravy dry; dish out.
Mix cream, flour, and dill; cook on low flame till thick.
Pour over chicken pieces and serve.
