Method:


Marinate chicken with white pepper, egg white, corn flour, 1 tbsp. 1 tbsp. oil and salt; keep aside for 1/2 hour.
Heat oil in a wok; fry chicken pieces golden; remove.
Heat 1/4 cup Olive oil in a saucepan; fry garlic.
Add vinegar, sugar, soya sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, chicken and stock; bring to boil.
Gradually add corn flour while stirring continuously, till thick: dish out.
Tomato ketchup e Garnish with spring onions; serve.
Spring onion leaves (fine cut) for garnishing.
