Karachi Rabri Kheer


Fresh milk 2 kg
Rice (soaked and ground) 1/2 cup
Sugar                         3/4 cup
Rabri 1/2 kg
Screw-pine 1 tbsp.
Pistachios, Almonds (Fine Chopped) 2 tbsp. for garnishing


Heat milk; Add rice; Cook till tender
Add sugar; Cook till thick
Add screw pine, rabri, almonds, and pistachios; mix thoroughly
Garnish with almonds and pistachios; serve chilled.
