Hot Chicken


Ingredients:

Chicken breasts (small pieces) 1 kg
Hot spices powder 1/2 kg
Egg 1
Ginger/Garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 pinch
Yellow Food Color 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Refined Flour 3/4 tbsp
Cornflour 3/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Olive Oil For Frying

Yogurt Ingredients:

Yogurt (Whipped) 1/2 cup
Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
Refined Flour 1/2 tbsp

Tempering Ingredients:

Mustard seeds 1 pinch
Green Chillies 2
Curry Leaves 20
Onion (Finely cut) 1/4 cup
Capsicum (finely Cut) 1/4 cup
Olive Oil 1 tbsp

Method:

Cut chicken breasts into small pieces.
Add red chilies, hot spices, ginger/garlic, lemon juice, food color, and salt.
Whisk cornflour, flour, and egg in a bowl; marinate chicken with it and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
Heat oil in a work; fry chicken golden; dish out.
Mix yogurt ingredients in a bowl.
Heat oil in a frying pan;
Fry tempering ingredients pour in a yogurt bowl.
Pour yogurt on chicken and serve.
