French Omelettes


Chicken (boiled and shredded)250 grams
Onion (Chopped)2 tbsp
Fresh Coriander1 tbsp
Green Chillies (Chopped)1 tbsp
Red chili powder1 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese (Grated)25 grams
Mushrooms (Finely Cut)4
Saltto taste
Olive Oil1/4 cup


Separate egg whites from yolks.
Beat Egg Whites with an electric beater till frothy.
Add yolks, onion, green chilies, fresh coriander, red chilies, and salt.
Heat 1/2 oil in a frying pan; pour and spread 1/2 cheese on top; cook on; low flame; remove.
Heat remaining oil in the same frying pan; add remaining egg batter; frying golden; flip over.
Add chicken, remaining mushrooms and reaming cheese; fold over and cook.
